Delete Your Account
You can ask us to delete your Dreadwoods account at any time, from the website or from the app.
How to ask
Email support@bonkeno.com from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us which account (the email, and the names of the characters if you remember them). We reply to that address to check it is you.
What we delete
Your account (your email address and the salted hash of your password), your characters and everything they own or have done in the game, their friends lists and any sign-in with Google linked to the account. We do this within 30 days of checking it is you, and we tell you when it is done.
What we keep
Records of payments are held by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) for as long as the law requires them to, and we may keep anything else we are legally required to keep. Nothing is kept for any other reason.
If you are a member
Membership is a monthly payment made on this website, for one character. Cancel it first from your Account page on the website (Account, then Cancel membership next to the character), so you are not charged again. If you have trouble, say so in your email and we will cancel it for you before we delete the account.
